Why Do Double-Glazed Sealed Units Fail?

Over time, double-glazed sealed units can develop misting or condensation between the panes. This happens when the seal between the glass and spacer bar breaks, allowing moist air to seep into the cavity. Once inside, this moisture condenses and forms mist or fog, which cannot be cleaned off.

This issue can occur with any double-glazed unit, whether installed in:

  • uPVC Frames
  • Aluminium Frames
  • Wooden Frames
